Claudia studied visual arts at the North Carolina School of the Arts, in Winston-Salem, NC. She then went on to East Carolina University and received a b.s. in Environmental Health, but continued studying and maintaining an interest in art, in her free time. She has attended many workshops and befriended many artists along the way who have enabled her to continue discovering art processes, and guided her in revealing her own artistic spirit.

In the past several years Claudia has found new focus in her artistic endeavors, and has centered her energy on sculpture for the most part. She has designed this site not just as a vehicle to sell work but as a living and breathing community where other artist friends can share ideas and hopefully form lasting relationships. She is quite optimistic about this leading to collaborations of all shapes, sizes, colors, and textures. She is currently working with poet Peter Schwartz on a sculpture/word piece, and is constantly bringing new sculptures to life in her studio as well.
